We have weight loss programs for 15 pounds or more, weight loss for pregnancy or post delivery weight loss, weight loss for obesity in adulats or children, and weight loss for bridal fitness training. We will define your target heart rate and cardio workouts in addition to your personal training sessions. We will also complete initial measurements, BMI (Body Mass Index), and body composition analysis and retest every 6 weeks to make sure you are kept accountable and get results! We will set SMART (Simple, Measurable, Accountable, Realistic and Timely) goals. Your progress will be tracked and you will be given guidelines or homework for what to do in between sessions!

BMI stands for Body Mass Index
This is a numerical value of your weight in relation to your height. BMIs are good indicators of healthy or unhealthy weights for adult men and women, regardless of body frame size. We will tell you your BMI during your first personal training session and assessment.
A BMI of < 25 indicates a healthy weight.
A BMI of < 18.5 is considered underweight.
A BMI between 25 and 29.9 is considered overweight.
A BMI of 30 or higher indicates obesity.
